CARTI Surgery Center
CARTI Surgery Center is the first cancer-focused surgery center in Arkansas and one of few in the region. Just steps from CARTI Cancer Center in Little Rock, it is equipped with leading-edge technology and staffed by experienced surgical, anesthesia and recovery teams, including some of the area’s most renowned surgical oncologists.
The facility supports outpatient procedures for cancerous and noncancerous conditions, including surgical oncology, head and neck reconstruction and urologic surgery. Credentialed surgeons from across the region also use CARTI Surgery Center for select procedures.
Surgical Oncology
CARTI’s fellowship-trained surgical oncologists provide advanced surgical care for breast cancer, complex cancers involving the digestive tract, skin and soft tissues and malignant and benign tumors of the head and neck. Head and neck services also include reconstructive surgery to help preserve or restore appearance, speech, swallowing and other essential functions.
Our surgeons collaborate with CARTI’s medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists to coordinate each patient’s treatment. Learn more about surgical oncology.
Urologic Surgery and Procedures
CARTI’s urologists perform surgical, robotic-assisted and minimally invasive procedures for cancerous and noncancerous conditions involving the kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate and male reproductive system.
Procedures may include prostate biopsy, cystoscopy, kidney stone treatment, sacral neuromodulation and surgery for select prostate, kidney and bladder cancers. Learn more about CARTI Urology.

Credentialed surgeons from across the region use CARTI Surgery Center for select procedures. These physicians are not employed by CARTI but have completed the credentialing process required to operate at the facility. Available procedures vary by surgeon, specialty and patient needs.
