Patient Assistance

Patients diagnosed with cancer face psychosocial concerns ranging from transportation needs to resources for their caregiver. CARTI’s resource coordinators provide specialized services designed to facilitate treatment and improve quality of life for the cancer patient and their families.

Areas of assistance for those who qualify include housing and transportation, as well as financial, emotional and nutritional counseling. In addition, CARTI offers cancer patients a variety of publications and resources on cancer, treatment and prevention. Patient Financial Advocate
Call our Patient Financial Advocates at 501.537.8641, or visit the Patient Financial Advocate at CARTI Cancer Center on the first floor, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Financial Assistance Application
Patients without insurance, who do not qualify for any third party or government health benefits, will receive an automatic discount off their billed charges as outlined in the CARTI Self-Pay Policy prior to generation of the patient statement / invoice.

CaringWays Support
CaringWays is an online crowdfunding platform that has partnered with Trinity to provide a convenient and safe way to financially support patient’s medical journey.

CareCredit
When making an appointment, staff members will be able to discuss insurance coverage and ways to make your care affordable. CARTI accepts CareCredit for eligible patients — learn more below.
