A cancer diagnosis can impact more than physical health. CARTI offers therapeutic counseling to support patients and caregivers as they navigate the emotional and mental challenges that come with treatment and survivorship.
Licensed counselors provide individual sessions in person or virtually within the state of Arkansas. Care is focused on helping patients build coping strategies, manage stress and process the complexities of a diagnosis.
CARTI’s counseling services incorporate evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness-based strategies, cognitive processing therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques. Patients and caregivers may also participate in support groups and workshops designed to foster connection and resilience.
