CARTI offers several cancer survivor retreats for those who are undergoing treatment.
Clear communication can help people get through tough times, including a cancer diagnosis and treatment of a spouse or loved one. In order to create a space for that dialogue, CARTI is hosting a free weekend retreat designed to educate and empower cancer patients and their primary care provider. Participants will interact with fellow cancer patients and caregivers as they share experience and take time to learn, laugh and help each other rally through their fight against cancer.
The retreat is open to cancer survivors and one primary caregiver of their choice, with preference given to first-time attendees. The retreats located on Petit Jean Mountain, are free and space is limited.
