Our team members are our most valuable resource, which is one reason CARTI has a minimum pay of $15 per hour – $4 higher than Arkansas’ required minimum wage.
Effective September 1, 2021, all new team members will be required to show proof of receiving their first COVID-19 vaccine prior to starting. The new team member must receive their second dose within 30 days of employment. Any exemption requests for these policies should be discussed with Employee Health at the time the offer is extended.
