In the Kitchen with Coby | Honey Nut Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 Cup sliced almonds
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Cup pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/3 Cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • ½ Cup honey
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together oats, nuts, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir.
  5. Return to oven and continue baking until golden, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing.
